TEAM PICTURES:
While we'll have team pictures going on all day (please see the FULL SCHEDULE and other important ordering details here), we also want to offer an opportunity for players and coaches to continue to develop their baseball skills and build community. Team pictures will be built into the clinic schedules.

CLINICS: ALL AGES
Athletes and Coaches will have an opportunity to work and learn with other teammates across the league and their division. There will be a series of drills to continue to work on building skills and technique, team building, and fun!

PITCH HIT & RUN: Ages 7 - 14
The Pitch Hit & Run program is a free event series for boys and girls, and consists of a series of movements that are important in baseball. Participants will compete in either 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, or 13-14 age division, with the Age Cut-off set on November 15, 2025. They will be tested, and their measurements will be recorded for points. Based on their scores, they will advance from a Local Event to a Team Championship and then to the Finals hosted at the World Series.

This is our second year hosting this competition. Our site will only offer baseball in 2025. Athletes MUST officially register via the MLB site to have their scores tracked and submitted. If athletes do not register, we cannot submit their scores to compete. To learn more or for commonly asked questions, please visit their FAQ.

8:45 - 9:00 a.m. ARRIVAL
Athletes be ready-to-go. Farm, Juniors, Seniors & Pony (Ages: 7-16)

9:00 a.m. - 10:45 a.m. - Ages 7 - 16

Pitch Hit & Run: Ages: 7 - 10 (Farm & Juniors)
Clinics + Team Pictures: Ages: 11 - 16 (Seniors & Pony)

11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. - Ages 7 - 16

Clinics + Team Pictures: Ages 7 - 10 (Farm & Juniors)

*Pony Players ages 15 and up, assistant coach/mentor younger players. We're happy to provide documentation for high school service hours - please reach out to the email below to coordinate.*

12:30 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. Community Pizza Party & League Sponsors Recognition - ALL AGES
Special Guests: BPD Ice Cream Truck is coming with free Ice Cream
*For families who might want to review ingredients, Pizza will be from:  A&N Pizza.* 

1:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.

Clinics + Team Pictures: Ages 5 - 6 (Tee Ball)

2:45 p.m. End of Program

WHAT TO BRING:
Athletes: Uniform, water, sunscreen, glove (optional: bats, helmet). If needed, the league will have gear available.
 
Families: You're welcome to stick around and invite you to join the Community Pizza Party. Bring snacks, blankets/lawn chairs, sunscreen.
